We ship UPS and USPS. All
products are covered by the respective manufacturers' warranties.
Shipping includes insurance, handling, and packaging charges. For
shipments to Canada we will add $10 (US) to the order.

ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING MAY BE RETURNED FOR
CREDIT. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any
item to be returned for any reason. Products that are returned without a
valid RMA may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's
expense.
Freight associated with returns or refused packages for any reason are
strictly the responsibility of the sender. FREIGHT PAID WILL NOT BE
REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will
be accepted after 10 days of the original invoice date.
The original invoice must be included in the returned package to ensure
prompt and accurate processing. Save your invoice. Absolutely no return
can be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
Products that are returned that do not qualify for a credit or refund or
have been opened or used in any way will be returned to the sender at the
sender's expense.
